At Bruno's Bows, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bow or accessory isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package the items to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
